I started meditating in 2007 because I was a mess. I was amazed at how much better my life got once I developed a daily practice. In 2014 I completed my Master's in Education, and continue as a doctoral candidate, researching habit formation, specifically for people learning how to meditate. During the course of my research I worked with new meditators to help them increase their ability to meditate daily and benefit from a life of less stress and more joy.

Anthony founded New Leaf in 2014 after starting to meditate in 2007 because of he was looking for a way to deal with depression and anxiety. 

When he isn't meditating, skydiving or playing with his cameras, Anthony is a non-profit fundraiser. He received a Master's in Education in 2014 and continues his research as doctoral student focusing on habit formation and motivation for new meditators.
