If you are using your computer or laptop you want to click the link. Zoom will connect you to a page which will ask you to run a quick update. It will then launch the session. You can participate from your computer using your webcam or just the audio. The controls are simple; a video off and a mic mute button will be in the bottom left of your screen. 

If you are using an iPhone, iPad or Android device you also want to click the link provided above. The link will recommend you go to the Apple or Google Play stores to download Zoom's app. Once downloaded you will need to enter the meeting ID which is 716-579-9125.  

If you want to call in and participate as if it were a traditional conference call you can use phone number above. When prompted enter the meeting ID: 716-579-9125.
